Congrats! Something I am very surprised, do all US pilot students go to the PPL through the 172. Here in France it's a very expensive aircraft. For example, I got trained with a small Jodel of 65HP, then with a Cessna 150 of 100HP. But congrats! Enjoy your future pilot story

I am PPLized since 1 year, I know what is flying. Also, why is it irrelevant to plan your future ?? If it will fail I will get a plan B, etc.

This school is only providing M1 visas, I'm looking for F1 visas, they give more work opportunities :D

Thanks for reply dude. I have an appointment with a FAA doctor who works in France. I gonna take the Class 2 and requirements for the FAA medical are lighter than the JAA medical. It's also cheaper. You know, I got my PPL with 45h, the minimum in Europe. But I'm modest, I know I'll need more...
