    So I’m new here & I tried to upload a pic during a chat however I received an error message saying file was too big ? The image was a regular picture taken with an iPhone 8plus. I went into my settings on the iPhone, and cannot find anything that lowers the resolution. Any suggestions?

    The rivet pops into the hole and the ear piece swivels on the rivet as it has a “dimple” on the end that meets the ear piece.
