    I try to aim at my approach speed and usually close the throttle on final. I usually aim for roughly the threshold of the runway.

    Would be nice if there could be a similar priced four seater that when there is nobody in the back, have the seats folded/taken out and used as extended baggage space.

    lol I guess something like that. Just put seats in the baggage area and split the connection to the headsets, put some windows, O-320, and problem solved!

    It's just that awkward situation where you usually have a two seater but there might be that one day where an extra two people come along. I mean sure you could rent, but why when you already have a plane?

    Get VATSIM. It's a free add-on that turns your flight simulator into a multiplayer server(FSX, X-plane, P3D) where everything is done as it is in real life. There are controllers, other air traffic, and everything. Here you can practice talking to an ATC.

    Is there a handheld radio that can receive and transmit on both AM and FM frequencies? Basically is there a handheld that can be used as both an aviation and ham radio? It's just that I find it rather inconvenient to need multiple radios for multiple purposes. Thanks!
