    Walmart drones are here.

hmm.. Google search revealed a 10lb limit. Hope these have an automatic weight-checking device, cuz if the folks loading them are the same as the cashiers....

Chicago to Hilton Head SC - with post flight writeup

We rode bikes on the beach once. It was surprisingly easy. Rode for miles. Then turned around and discovered the headwind that had been helping us going the other way. Exhausted when we got back. Beautiful place.

New to tent camping, need ideas for possible Sun n fun

I made basically the same set as @Matthew, and then modified a little later on. Edit: I did use the slotted angle iron as mentioned by Matthew above. It seems strong enough. The stakes are 18"L x 1/2" dia. steel, and have either a J-hook at the top, or a T. The J-hooks have an 8"L x 3"W x 1/16"...

CFI says I can’t use electronic E6B on written — what??

Funny, my CFI got mad because I refused to get an electronic one. Take both with you. They'll let you know. With some of the technology today, I could see them not allowing any person to bring an electronic device in. They'll provide a calculator if you need one.

    Major cellular outage

Chase only offers token as an alternative to text/phone calls, as far as I know. If you use their mobile app on a phone with biometrics, that is quick and easy, but not always feasible.

    Major cellular outage

And btw.. I hate it too. Really don't like giving my email or phone number to any entity anymore. Plus we're in healthcare, so the number of times we have to MFA is ridiculous. Some companies are requiring it for every single login, some let you go days/weeks before it expires. Customer support...

    Major cellular outage

Authenticator app won't use your cell number. Texting would. You can also have a series of codes generated by the authenticator you can store and use when you have no other access options.

    Major cellular outage

MFA isn't nonsense. The fact that we need it is. We prefer authenticator apps over texting. In most cases, if you're logging into something that requires MFA, you'll already have a connection that the mobile device can use. Depends on the situation.
