Did my training for my PPL at KADS and KTKI, great area! As everybody has said, there are tons of places to eat but my favorite when I go to Texas is Torchy's Tacos, it's about 10 min away form the airport. A great second option is Fuzzy's Taco and it is much closer.

I only use tempered glass because I would rather replace one of those than a screen. I don't think they add much size and they seem to operate better than standard screen protectors. I would recommend Gadget Guard brand, but I have had decent luck with just buying the cheapest option...
