    Apparently the Mrs. thinks radio communication is important for safety and got me a used Bose A20 set for my birthday :goofy: Still haven't started lessons, though. Work and out of town visitors have kept me pretty busy...

    Sorry, I was a little unclear about the in-ears. They seem to be making my tinnitus worse for a few hours, whereas a regular ANR helps.

    First: Just got my 3rd Class Medical – no limitations, as I got "only" 3 wrong on the Ishihara 14-plate test. :D As to the headset, I've had bad experiences with in-ears traveling commercial, so I'm steering clear of those. I think I'll try the Faro G2, the Bose A20 and whatever ANR headset...
