Early morning is better for me. But there are many flight schools are ready to learn you after or before your lunch time, evenings and weekends. If you love to see the nature then go with early morning.
I have read some where about Sedona flying that it is not an environment where any aircraft should flying close to ground except on take off and landing.
Better graphics with greater visibility. The digits and alphabets were not that visible and attractive compare to current one. Even it is also better for practicals.
You should have at least 50 hours of cross-country flight time as pilot in command, 40 hours of actual or simulated instrument time and At least 15 hours of instrument flight training from an authorized instructor.
