I have been fighting for a year now trying to get a class two medical, after a dui 6 years ago, and the hims psychiatrist said he sees no issues and agrees with my ame s treatment plan (15 random) but then says that he should then utilize the peth program... What is that?

I have already looked at that list, my AME is on it. It doesn't list the psychiatris, that follow the hims program, the one he suggested has retired and I can not find any information on another one near by Salt Lake city.
