For Straight Talk you can make Canada/Mexico calls FROM the U.S. but cannot make phone calls while in another country. I ran into this 1.5yrs ago. It may have changed by now but that’s what I learned at that time.

Lender here. We never file UCC filings against aircraft. We record Security Agreements with the FAA and of course do a lien search prior. UCC searches would need to be done in the sellers name and residing state.

Use a Small or local financial institution. We’ve done it before with the bank securing their interest using a UCC1A filing. Probably not bullet proof on banks end but did have relationship with them prior.

Not sure how to describe this but if I move the V shaped bars underneath the seat to the right(forward) by twisting the nut on the front of the seat, this should make the seat move backwards as the other bolts should pivot like you mentioned?

Anyone have any experience or insight on the seat modification American Champion sells? They state the seat ends up lower and extends further back, roughly 2 inches. Does it create that much more room?

I completed a title search on an aircraft and the financing company of course had a lien. There was also a lien from an airport for ramp fees back in 08. However this aircraft has changed hands twice since the ramp fee lien was on the aircraft. Does the FAA allow aircraft to change ownership...

If I am using VFR flight following. 1. Will they hand me off to approach if they have my destination? 2. Will flight following automatically terminate when I am handed off to approach, land, and turn the aircraft off or should I be cancelling flight following while still flying?
