the best chair is an empty chair. i could find them all day long. people set them up and use them maybe less than half the time. you meet the nicest people while sitting in there chair. so go out and buy a new chair so someone like me will be there when you return.

Try the weathermeister.com site It gives you a briefing That works great for a preflight wx briefing. The night before get the latest forecasts after 8 pm. That is when the next days forecast come out. Good luck. Start with small flights. Hope this helps.

I put new tubes in and had a main go flat in about a month. A small pin hole in the sidewall of the tube was the problem. Seems the tubes these day are just poor quality. Mine was made in Mexico. Ouch. The first main I have had go flat in 15 years. Luckily it happen in the hangar. :)

Tom cat glue traps work for all kinds of stuff. I caught a ton of lizards in my hangar. Roaches in the house. If a mouse comes around well he will be caught too. Works for me.
