    Class C and B Arrival ATIS Clearance Delivery Ground Tower Departure Class C and B Departure ATIS Approach Tower Ground On arrival at night, the airport lighting will be very low. If you don’t see the airport, ask tower to increase the lighting until you see the airport - then decrease.

    If you have an FAA certificate, use the address on file with the FAA. If you have changed address and have not up dated with the FAA, you need to do so prior to a written or practical test. Address mismatches are a red flag in OKC.

    Sorry, but I agree with the FAA interpretation of the regulation. Not allowing the logging of the time does not decrease the safety of the flight. if you want to log time IMC while supervising a non IR rated pilot, the CFI-I certificate is available to you.

    Propellers driving me True-ly nuts, any help?

    Simple stuff, a fixed pitch prop is a fan blade. Only efficient at 1 rpm and one speed traveling thru the air. A constant speed prop varies the pith to remain at the RPM selected by the pilot and efficient at many RPM and airspeed selections.
