Why is there not a both fuel selector in low wing GA aircraft

As previously stated, Commanders have a both position and only one boost pump and one engine driven pump.

    Witch craft for my mission?

The airplane in the photo is Witchcraft. Maybe the title didn't need a space between the words Witch Craft. In my experience, brooms tend to have CG issues.

(Rockwell, North American, whatever) Commander 114/115 grass strips?

The later is fine but I wouldn't do it if it's grass. I could land there but I might never leave!

(Rockwell, North American, whatever) Commander 114/115 grass strips?

Grass is not a problem, the bottom of the fuselage is 2 foot off the ground. The normal issues need to be considered just like any other plane, soggy field, short field, higher than normal grass etc.

    Flying to Branson

I go often and it depends on what you want to do or where you are staying. The downtown airport is just that, on a hill above town and on the east side. It has AVIS rental on site. Branson West is about 10 miles on the west side of town, with Enterprise rental available. BBG has the only...

    Flight Bridge?

I use them often. I just went to Galveston and if if you go to Enterprise they don't show service at the airport. Last month I went to Branson and used Branson West with the same issue, no Enterprise at the airport. I use Fltplan.com and make the reservation there and it uses flightbridge which...

Anyone here owns a rockwell commander?

The 112TC are the carb versions with factory turbo systems. These have manually controlled wastegates. The hot shots are 112 or 114's that were normally aspirated fuel injected but now have a turbo added. As stated earlier, they are turbo normalized.

Anyone here owns a rockwell commander?

I usually cruise at 65%. I get 130kt at 11 gallons hour. At 75% the speed increases to 138 but the fuel goes up to 13. There are faster planes and of course some slower. It's a comfortable plane for long trips and fits my needs. Parts and service have yet to be an issue. If you bend metal...

    Air Conditioning in a C172 or PA28?

Dry ice may not be a good idea. It may cause hypercapnia in some people. That is elevated carbon dioxide levels.

    Rocket emblem on charts

The one at Waco (actually McGregor) is for SpaceX. They test rocket engines there and when they do it puts an unbelievable amount of water vapor into the air. The one at Midland has something to do with Virgin Galactic.

    Anyone from/near Stephenville, TX?

Dublin Dr.Pepper is extinct. They screwed the pooch so many times by selling their product outside their area that Dr. Pepper pulled the licensing agreement. A sugar version is bottled in Waco but it's not the same, in my opinion.
