There is a roller rebuild kit you can buy from Spruce. Cheap and easy to fix.
I'd purge the tank and replace the seal in the cap as others have recommended.

Here is how I re-did my panel. It took about a week. I think I could do it faster the second time around.
Both. If you have non-WAAS, make sure you have RG-400 run and and replace the GPS receivers. It took me about an hour.
