NTSB: Not much to say on Lufthansa/Colgan collision at Dulles

I'm pretty sure the link is for a news article, not a report from the NTSB. :wink2:

Not much of an accident, but I'd guess the analysis of exactly how it happened will take a little more time.
 
I can save them a lot of money. This is pro bono from a registered professional Engineer and a Pilot.

Somebody got too close to somebody else.

Recommendation:
Don't do that.
