Lightspeed Zulu prices down to $740

Hmm, this is for the "original zulu". The "new zulu" is $900. It looks as if this is a price kick to clear out the older models. I still want one and it would still be a huge waste of money for the amount I fly. :D
 
I guess value is relative, but I had to chuckle when I read "down to" and $740 in the same sentence.

This from an idiot who owns a Zulu and a Bose. I prefer the Zulu.
 
Just sent my trusty DC to be "B-52ed".
Off with the old on with the new.
I feel so decadent, but its probably better for my ears.
 
I happened to be on the phone with LIGHTSPEED a few days ago, regarding a part I needed for a headset... The CSA I was dealing with told me about the $740 deal, and said it would last until they ran out of the original ZULU's... In addition, she said they would give me a $250 credit for the Lightspeed headset I'm currently using, if I upgraded...
Quandry--- My current employer is a DC dealer, and I can get any DC I want for cost... But I have been using various Lightspeeds for about 10 yrs, and have no complaints about performance or customer service.

With the return credit deal, the Light speed is a darned good deal. And it is within a few bucks of the DC deal...

What to do... what to do...
