ARNAV 5000 LORAN

My ARNAV is currently just ballast in my Cessna 172. The enter button doesn't work. Does anyone know where I can get it repaired. I haven't had any luck so far.

Loran has been decommisioned. don't bother getting the enter button fixed, there is no signal for it to receive. Convert it to a paperweight, doorstop, or conversation starter and take the useful load increase.

Well now, LORAN is decommissioned in the USA, but not in other areas...

...but I don't know the answer to the original question. If I were in an area where LORAN is still operational, and had a LORAN which required repair, I'd just make a deal to buy any of the tens of thousands of still-good LORAN units in the USA.

I have a wonderful Northstar M1 which works perfectly, but for the absence of a signal to receive.

I always wonder why people still advertise the LORAN in their ads like it matters. I would rather them take it out if I was buying it anyway.

My dad has one of these and I use it when I fly the Cessna 180, I love it, super simple!
