C182 main landing gear cotter pins

I'm trying to figure out the correct part for the cotter pin that secures the nut holding the main landing gear on; part number 29 below.



The parts manual gives a part number of MS24665-351 but when I look this up, the pin is only about an inch long. My aircraft is in another country so I can't check, but I recall them being much longer than this.

Does anyone know the right part?

You're going to need an STC or a field approval for that.

Sorry I don't know a part number.
Like you said they are longer than an inch or so. Maybe close to 2" long? I bought a assortment of stainless pins from Spruce and the long ones work in my wheels. Got to put a little kink in it to get it in.
