Updating address with FAA - forgotten password issues

I've moved and I'm trying to update my address online with the FAA Airmen Services, but I don't know my password. When I click on the "Forgotten Password" section, it requires me to enter a password (which I don't know).

It's asking you to reset your password. Come up with a new one.

FWIW, many of these sites have very specific and peculiar issues with very specific devices and software versions…

That being said, I’ve always had unusually good luck with the 1-800 help number, which is how I figured that out at all.
