Avionics upgrade time!! Avidyne 550

Our club 182 is going in for annual. We have a 430w with a sandel HSI and a GMX200. The GMX has not really added that much and has been acting up lately anyway. Going to pull the GMX and put an Avidyne 550 in. Excited that I won’t have to twist and turn flight plans and changes in and have victor airways available.
I would like to do g5 at the same time and pull the vacuum system but couldn’t talk rest of members into it. Already blowing a bunch on money

Out of curiosity, why are you going with the IFD550 instead of the IFD540? The price difference would probably cover the addition of a G5.
