[NA] driving and cops

Nope. I'm the guy that tries to follow all of the traffic laws because I said I would when the government issued me my license.
Good. Then I know you won’t be in the far left lane of a multi-lane road if you’re not passing anyone.

I thought the police don’t stop anyone nowadays?

Not in Gallup at least.

Traffic enforcement is non existent now. Red lights, stop signs and the like are mere suggestions and folks are putting their lives at risk by going through a green light.

Just recently I was sitting in the left lane at a red light when I noticed a vehicle coming up behind me at a high rate of speed. The car moved to the right lane and zoomed through the intersection at approximately 70-75 mph. Also if a person is going only 20 mph above the posted speed limit then that person runs a high risk of getting hit from behind. It really started getting worse when this pandemic started. It also doesn't help that this is just normal driving on the reservations.
