Hate to create a new thread for such a stupid question but I have to since I cant find answer online....

What is "Hot Weather Package" on SR22. Have a few people talking me out of TTx, so was looking online and I see some SR22 for sale with "Hot Weather Package" but no explanation of what that means. Is that a fancy way of saying no FIKI? Lol.

Thanks!

It gives you air conditioning, UV windows and the hot weather kit, whatever that is.

IMHO, UV windows should come standard in these airplanes.

I just looked all over the cirrus website and the price list and didn’t see this. Can you provide a screenshot of its context please?

Usually no fiki. They are generally a little cheaper, a little more useful load and a little faster. But you can't fly in known ice.

No TKS at all. Before AC was added these were often referred to as “clean wing” planes. No anti-ice made them a tiny bit faster and lighter too.
