Non-US Countries that allow US Pilots to fly under BasicMed?

BasicMed is not ICAO conforming, so (as I understand) every country that allows pilots to fly under BasicMed must do so explicitly. I know the Bahamas allows US pilots to fly under BasicMed, and I am under the impression that they are not the only country to allow it.

Is there anywhere I can find a list of countries that allow US private pilots to fly under BasicMed?
