I am listing a really good 1970 172L for a friend. I am flying the airplane now and will fly it until it sells. This is a good one! 2200 TT airframe and 1100 SMOH Lycoming 320 with the 160 HP STC.
The plane has always been hangared! It still has original red and white paint which is still VERY presentable. It just went through the annual inspection and no corrosion... My mechanic always speaks real highly of how clean it is! The original red interior is really nice.. Pretty much flawless.
No damage, no hail. Basic VFR panel. It will hit barnstormers next week for $79,500
These are getting HARD TO FIND!
Any real interest before I list it? 979-451-3251

There's a trip down Memory Lane. Very well cared-for. Mint condition, looks like.

Thanks for the tag Ryan. This is a beautiful 172. I'm still weighing whether or not to go for a 172 given how expensive Cessnas are currently (and leaning towards a IFR trainer).
