Rules of Conduct (RoC) Update: Effective 5/9/21

Greetings,

The Management Council would like to announce an update to the Rules of Conduct which adds our policy on what’s expected when participating in the Chat room. We realize that there hasn’t been many hard and fast rules when it comes to this part of the forum and we want to keep it that way; however, we want to make it clear that exclusionary or hate speech is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. We want the Chat room (and the forum in general) to be a welcoming place for everyone and our goal with this update is to further our commitment to be an inclusive community.

Chat Function
Pilots of America has a Chat feature available for all members. Virtually all topics are permitted for discussion in Chat, as long as they are discussed in a civil manner; however, exclusionary or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated and may invoke a temporary or permanent suspension from the Chat function and/or the forum. Pilots of America also reserves the right to remove any content that it finds in violation of the Rules of Conduct or otherwise objectionable for any reason.
