How to get a job in the aviation industry?

Look into working for some fractionals (such as Plane Sense, NetJets, ect) in their Flight Operations. I'm sure your knowledge of dispatch would be helpful in such a position.

All Netjets dispatchers are in CMH. While there are customer service jobs at various airports, they are far and few between. 95% of the non pilot work force is in CMH.
