I just use one of my own photos, and change it periodically. Right now it's one of the Husky.
Once I get my (non-flying) partners and staff used to it I'm going to change it out for a stock photo of an SR-71 and see if they notice.

I use several of my own; my favorite is one Jack Fleetwood took of me flying the Zodiac over Sedona a year ago.
