I have my Samsung Galaxy S2 pad on a yoke mount. Unless I am wearing a black shirt I get a obnoxious reflective wash out of the screen display during the day. I see a number of products available but am looking for personal experience and recommendation regarding a secure anti reflective screen overlay that has the least effect on screen brightness. Thanks

I used to use matte screen protectors (back in the '90s and '00s). Tried one on a modern (hi res) device and found it unbearable.
That was a several years ago. Perhaps someone has it figured out now?

More black shirts?

[excuse the distraction]

I’ve got a Tab A and the glare made it unusable in the air. There’s no matte protector that has decent reveiws, so I went with the Supershieldz matte which had the most reviews.

Good news is that my Tab A is now useful in the cockpit (I use this solely as an EFB). Bad news is that you will have some small air bubbles under the protector, no matter what. They’re distracting if the tablet isn’t on, unnoticeable if it is on.
