Is there any kind of consensus here on who the top 3 insurance brokers are?

I understand that most of them shop the same policies but I prefer to do business with the ones who are well regarded when it comes to servicing the client. Specifically, I would like to get email responses within a reasonable amount of time, I would like a broker who works full time so there is someone to talk to during normal business hours on business days, I don’t want to have to chase down folks and follow up multiple times when I ask a question and in the event that I sell a plane in order to buy a different one, I don’t want to wait 2-3 months for my policy refund check.

sounds like a rant, and I guess it is but I just need to find a great broker.

Thx

Travers & Associates out of St. Louis is one of the better-known larger brokers. We've been with them for 16 years and have been very happy with their service, responsiveness and attention to detail. Fortunately, no claims.

+1 for AIR. I have been happy with Jon Shimmer. He was helpful When I started renting out my plane.
