But it's when you see the fog move out of the way first then see the helicopter that makes things interesting.

I thought I heard children, and in the end, there were children. Were they evacuating from a mountain resort or something?
I did that a few times on Sorak-San in Korea:

Surprised they haven't got a ceremony or something for it. Japanese have a ceremony for everything.
FWIW: I had sent the link to a friend who worked in that part of the world for years. He had volunteered that there are a number of "resorts" like that in Japan and that per the video notes was a MEDVAC for an injured climber.
