At 16:10. Does not look like a thunderstorm formation. Some sort of frontal system? Sure seems like a massive updraft, but not cumulus updraft formation. Could you ride the front of that wave up and over? (Not that I think that is a smart thing).

Une haboob?
edit I take it back, now I see that it does not reach the ground and indeed has a roll about its horizontal axis.
How will it kill you? It won't because you are cautious and observant.

Morgan got it. The turbulence/updraft/downdraft/windshear might kill you.

Probably in the Gulf of Carpentaria

How about this one?

Long lenticular?
Like I said not likely... Unless there's a cliff shoreside... Maybe.

Lenticular clouds form over mountain tops.

I suppose, if you had a shear cliff at waters edge, and conditions were just right, you could have a series of lenticular clouds, one next to the other....?

But not likely.

I was at the beach in Florida, so no hills or anything that could cause a lenticular cloud to develop.
