I have copd and sleep apnea I took my pft for pulmonary function and had a value lower than 70 for my aasi the faa us asking me to do a six minute walk test my question is what does that mean and how can I pass it if anyone knows I would appreciate some help with this

A 6-minute walk is a self paced test where you walk as far as you can in 6-minutes. There are standards for age, sex and height. They will monitor your distance, heart rate, oxygen levels, and self reported symptoms of dyspnea. Basically they want to see that you don't desaturate requiring oxygen, and have a reasonable exercise capacity.
