Thanks dude this is what I wanted to know... they decided to prescribe it but I decided not to fill the rx, I’m going to yoga tomorrow instead

Pattern Altitude
You can also take Magnesium Citrate supplements. It is a muscle relaxant (much like Milk of Magnesia). While not as potent as the prescription stuff, it will help a little.
