I thought this might be a good place to chronicle the process my wife and I go through to re-do the interior of the Skywagon ourselves.
The plane has an interesting mix of interiors when purchased, from the doors forward it's original Cessna. From behind the doors to the extended baggage compartment it's Airtex as well as the carpet. In the extended baggage there's no interior, it's just bare airframe.
What we'll be going to is a Selkirk aviation fiberglass interior as well as an SCS aircraft vinyl floor.
