Do you build test clubs?

The propeller use to test engines on a test stand. they are made for cooling, not pulling/pushing.

they have 4 blades that are very short.

This is a huge one.

Dear aviators! Sorry to do for a long time - we have handmade. In addition, the drying processes do not tolerate haste. The more the propeller is made-the more it will serve. One propeller was damaged during shipment-so I had to restore it to a new state.

A new propeller for Lycoming went to Portugal.

Finally, we have eliminated the queue to the satisfaction of all our customers. The following orders we can now execute faster, within 1 month.

This time we were asked to make a copy of the broken German propeller. We will try to make it better than the original, as well as add steel protection and fiberglass pasting.

Props are things of beauty, sometimes. Catto.jpg P1040202.jpg P1040224.jpg P1040243.jpg P1060222.jpg PaulL Lipps.jpg PaulLippsHangar.jpg Phantom.jpg Prince.jpg Two Sterbas.jpg

Another plane with our propeller and VW1600 engine. By the way, we first started designing and manufacturing a 4-blade loading propeller for Lycoming engines.

Friends, I have three pieces of news for you - good, very good, and bad. The good news is that we have started manufacturing 4-blade loading propellers for Lycoming engines. Very good - so many orders have arrived in two weeks that we will have to sort them out for several months. The bad news is that the customer will now have to wait almost 2 months to complete their order.

Dear colleagues! The number of orders for wooden propellers has increased dramatically. We don't have time. I must once again warn potential customers that the propeller will have to wait several months. We can't compromise the quality of the product.

We will soon release the 72*44 propeller designed for the O-235 engine.

Last year, I was asked about the loading propeller. I replied in the negative. But we still undertook to design and manufacture such a propeller. It turned out to be more complicated than making two propellers. At last we have mastered it!

Dear colleagues! In Europe, we have some difficulties with sending parcels over 1.5 m (4.9 ft) in length. It is necessary to send such parcels by passing bus or expensive courier service UPS. Please tell me the restrictions of the American postal service.

Re-manufactured two propellers to replace the damaged ones. The small propeller is designed to work in a ring. This time - oak.

It is quite affordable, taking into account individual design, solid wood grades, fiberglass pasting and protection of the front edges with stainless steel (on this propeller, the steel is painted over).

We decided to expand production and reduce the waiting time for an individual order to 3 weeks.

Hi Meglin,

I have a wood Sensenich prop I need replaced. Do you have the specs you need with the prop info? Or do I need to provide more?

it’s a prop for a Lycoming O-435 that came out of a Stinson L-5 and being used on an experimental Starduster Two biplane. 190 hp.

it was damaged in a crash, I bought it and am rebuilding it.

thanks!

Mike

Hello, Mike! It all depends on your desire. I replied with a personal message.

I still have four wooden blades that can be used as decorative ones. The price is 50 dollars for 1 piece.

Seeing as how you have done a number of VW props you may want to try advertising over on the sonexbuilders.net forum. Alot of the sonex airplanes being built are powered by a 2180 VW engine and can only run a wood prop. The standard that most are using is a Sensenich W54JV5L-44 but the cost is almost $1100 plus shipping now and the lead time was 6 months the last time I asked. I may also want to talk about a slightly different prop to trade some cruise for climb rate on my sonex in a few months once I get my engine back together.

I heartily thank you for your advice. Yes, we made quite a few propellers for VW. Unfortunately, now we also can not boast of the speed of production, due to the consequences of the virus. But I'm sure we can handle them.

But we have opened an additional production of decorative propellers at a much lower price.

How much is shipping to the US? I would love to have decorative propeller (probably no clock).

State airmail accepts parcels in the United States up to 59" long. If the length is longer, then the expensive services are UPS or DHL. Propellers from a package of boards usually cost $3.8 per 1". Solid board propellers cost $2.54 for 1". The shipping cost depends on the weight and is usually $40 - $60.

Now we are finishing the propeller with an aviation clock. Also ready is a decorative propeller with a diameter of 57", its price is 110 dollars. Delivery to the United States by airmail is approximately $ 35.
