Student Pilot 3rd Class Medical Questions

I am about ready to solo but haven't gone to get my medical and was wondering with this medical history listed below what is needed ? Can I just go to a regular AME and will he be able to issue or will this be deferred or require a higher level AME ?

07/2005 Lumbar fracture required required surgery and fusion
11/2012 Shoulder surgery for dislocation
12/2015 Laparscopic Sigmoid Colectmy Surgery (diverticulitis)
02/2016 Mole removal from my back

Any experienced AME should be able to issue your certificate. The FAA may request more records. I assume the mole was benign.

i agree. I would bring the pathology report from the mole removal...the rest can be clinically assessed by the AME....
