Woman fakes medical emergency to get larger seat but pilot turns plane around for emergency.

The fact that she continued the episode after landing makes one wonder if this is really a mental illness case.

Well the article states the woman is being held under the FL Baker Act, which is specifically for mental health evaluation.

That she continued the theatrics after landing could simply be a reaction to the reality that she was about to get arrested for her earlier behavior.
