Fake medical emergency to get larger seat

Well the article states the woman is being held under the FL Baker Act, which is specifically for mental health evaluation.

That she continued the theatrics after landing could simply be a reaction to the reality that she was about to get arrested for her earlier behavior.

'I need a bigger seat, I'm suffering an attack of acute obesity'.

I’m curious what her (fake) medical issue was.
In most cases we patch through to a doctor and they advise how to proceed.

So, similar to a Southwest miracle? (I needs me a wheelchair to get on the plane during priority boarding, but I stroll down the jet bridge on arrival).
