Another savage with our propellers.

The photo above shows a new propeller with a diameter of 2000 mm (78.7"). This size is adored by SuperSTOL aircraft owners

The design of a new blade designed for engines with a power of 100-130 HP and aircraft with a flight speed of 180-260 km/h has begun.

We continue to work. A recent parcel with blades was delivered to the customer in the United States on the ninth day. Excellent result!

Friends from France are experiencing our propeller on Jabiru-2200

Any work towards a propeller suited for 350-400 Horsepower? 4-blade, variable pitch prop, 74-76 inches in diameter?
The Americans put our 3-and 4-blade propellers on their planes with 300 HP engines and even win competitions on them. But these are risky actions and I do not support them. We are not yet engaged in propellers for engines of this power (except for the case of manufacturing a 4-blade wooden propeller for testing and running-in of engines)

Dear operators of our Jabiru propellers!
I ask you to share more information and the specific characteristics you have received. I am approached by many people with different questions that only you can answer. The propeller blades on the Jabiru engines experience very heavy loads. We have made particularly strong blades made of pure carbon fiber. They went to trial operation on Jabiru, Lycoming, Continental. We warned everyone that these blades are experimental, and we can not be sure of their absolute reliability and sufficient resource. We asked the operators to keep the blades under control continuously. 5 years have passed, and we can say that the blades are out of the experimental stage. For 5 years, there have been no complaints about the strength of these propellers. Now we extend the warranty to them the same as for the rest of the propellers.

Dear colleagues! I hasten to inform you that there is a two-bladed saber-shaped propeller of right rotation with a diameter of 2000 mm.

There are too many orders for these propellers. It takes a long time to wait. We are forced to rebuild production.

Despite our efforts, the queue has not decreased, the order fulfillment period remains 1-2 months, this is unacceptably long.

Dear colleagues, aviators!
I live in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
Perhaps you are aware of what is happening here.
We have been living for more than a month in conditions of incessant shelling from all types of weapons.
Shops do not work, transport does not work, banks and post office do not work.
Many aviators from around the world write and call, offering their help.
However, we cannot afford to accept your help for free.
Despite the daily shelling, we started working and fulfilling orders.
Delivery has become more complicated, but thanks to friends in different parts of the country, it remains possible.
Your trust and your orders remain the most effective help that you provide to our manufacturers.
Thank you so much to all of you!

Meglin, Praying for you all. The other day I was remembering seeing some of your posts here and was wondering how you were getting along. Glad to see you posting!

That's about how we live now. These are neighboring houses.

Thank you for posting @meglin , I was wondering about your operation as well. The devastation is heartbreaking :( My grandparents fled the same during WW2. You and the entire Ukraine are in my heart and prayers.

слава Україні

I don't want to send heartbreaking photos. And I don't like to shoot like that. This is what I took off in a month. It is dangerous to take pictures with us, there is a penalty for fresh photos.

I had been worrying about you, Meglin. I’m so glad that you posted.

Amidst all that horror, you’re still there, and still in business, and I’m glad for that.

As it turned out, a person gets used to everything. But there are unresolved problems. Several switches in the house were worn out. There is nowhere to buy. The water filter has aged. Similarly. I ran out of soap. You can buy milk, but it is more expensive than gasoline - $ 2 per 1 liter

I’m so glad that you’re okay and able to work.

Even though I’m not buying props or radomes, I enjoy seeing your work, and your resilience.

For anyone on the fence because you haven't heard of Meglin or just don't know anyone in the US who has one, I bought a 3 blade 2000mm scimitar prop from him over a year ago.
I haven't run it in the plane yet because my engine isn't in my hands, but it is a thing of beauty. I weighed the blades and they are all exactly the same.

And no he did not solicit me to promote his product.

20220604_125920.jpg Yes, we are in Kharkov. We rested from shelling for about 1.5 weeks. They launched public transport, the metro, people began to get to work. Even gasoline appeared on sale for 2 euros. Resumed utility bills. Unfortunately, shelling, fires, again dead and wounded citizens returned. Our production of marine boats burned down. Of all the equipment, only the matrix for the largest boat survived. But the refugees are also having a hard time. Relatives in Germany for two months without medicines, without money, without work, live in a closet together on a single bed in some village. It was impossible even to buy medicines for asthma and hypertension there. We say: "Away is good, but home is better." And they say: "Houses and walls help." True, if they are intact ...
I hope he doesn't disappoint you. In the photo - the USA, the Czech Republic and again the USA. France and Finland left yesterday. Work helps a lot to distract from shelling.

This is a left-hand rotation propeller for Sauer.

We waited for the gifts of nature. We use every piece of land for this.
