Was about to say the same thing. A Harmon Rocket II with a built IO-540 pumping out 300+ hp won’t cruise that fast. Widen the cabin with side x side seating, 200hp? Never. Maybe straight down, firewalled...

A well built Harmon or F1 Rocket will normally cruise at 205 knots or about 233 MPH. Most are in the 195 to 200 knot range. Rockets however have a clipped RV4 wing and fixed gear. They weigh about 1300 lbs empty. The wing generates a lot of drag above 180 knots. A small number of Rockets built with the EVO wing will cruise about 230 at high altitude. I had a very clean RV6 that would cruise at 184 knots with 200HP. With retracts and a wing optimized for higher speeds 240 knots might be doable if they meet their claimed empty weight.
