How long for followup response?

Timeline:

AME Class 3 exam mid-April. Expected I would need an SI, but AME issued medical anyway.

Got letter from OKC within a couple weeks. Wanted more info on a number of reported issues.

Responded to letter in early July. Took a while to get some really old info.

Nothing from OKC since then, over two months. Should I expect some kind of followup?

I logged onto my account at faa.gov, but didn't see any way to check medical status.
