What's with all the "flight hazard" TFRs?

Usually it's security, fire, sports event...now I find that there are a whole lot of them "valid 1-3 days, 39 days, etc. What are these "hazards?"

Tim, I am guessing one hazard could be flocks of birds, like around Willcox once a year. Just a guess though.

There is a permanent one just West of Flagstaff. I've been tracking the weather today and just happened to notice all the flight hazard TFRs especially here in the West.

On second thought, there are none listed as "fire" like they normally are. Maybe they changed all the fires to "flight hazard" TFRs.

They even added a TFR near ‘area 51’ the other day to thwart drones from the storm Area 51 group. I’m not sure if it’s still there.
