Looks like Jim got it solved before I saw this. For future reference: if I can’t find a phone number for someone, I just start calling relatives (especially older relatives). Not to pick on the elderly, but I have yet to find a grandma that won’t give out her grandson’s number. And, the older folks still have look-up-able landlines.
