I don't keep any parts on hand... All the headsets I get are ready to go so I really don't refurbish them myself. It is probably easiest to order some right off Lightspeeds website. Thanks for asking....

I say just keep them out of the heat when your not using them. I believe Lightspeed recommends changing earseals once a year to keep them fresh.
