Roast beef and provolone on a whole-wheat and flax tortilla.

Sauce ingredients: Frank's Buffalo-style hot sauce, bell peppers, onions, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, tiny bit of cinnamon.

Looks more like an Italian wrap! :)

Why does the roast beef look purple? Oh well. I’d eat it.

Fiestaware?

It looks a whole lot better on the computer screen than it does on the phone. On the phone screen, I thought it was some sort of purple sauce.

The picture was taken with a cell phone camera using the light in the range hood. The orange plate probably didn't help the white balance any, either.

Looks yummy!

To mix things up, try using Lavash Bread. Fewer calories and carbs, just as tasty!

Yep. I buy Joseph's Lavash Bread when I head out to BJ's, and Mission Tortillas when I head out to Sam's Club. Costco is more of an online vendor for me because the nearest store is about two hours away, but I do stop by when I have Some Other Reason to be down that way.

Lavash bread also makes a nice crust for low-carb pizza. I probably have a picture somewhere... Let me check.

Checking...

Ah, here we go.

Tasty and low-carb. Life is good.
