New York (KPOU) charter service?

Not sure if this would be the right forum, but I have a friend with business throughout New York (Hudson Valley, Albany area, Mohawk Valley, out to Buffalo) who is sick of driving. I was talking to him at a BBQ yesterday and he asked if I knew of any charter services. Anything you google offers Citations and the like, which makes no sense here.

Does anyone know of a good charter service (preferably based at or near KPOU or Stewart), flying maybe a Navajo or something along those lines?

I looked at them, and it looks like they only do jet charters. We're looking maybe a twinkie, something smaller. Do you know if they fly propeller charters also? Thanks!

Gonna be tough to find something that small to charter - with all the overhead of a 135, most outfits find that it's next to impossible to make money chartering piston equipment. At the twinkie level I think what your buddy needs to find is a bored owner looking to do a little 134.5.

There is a guy out of KMPO that flies a charter to the airports in a 182.
He picks ppl up apparently at other in the area and flys them to the NYC airports.
