Wait, what? I thought the rule was 3% HP loss per 1k feet if it's naturally aspirated and much less if it's turbo?
Oops. You are correct. I could not recall the number offhand and found an autoblog on a quick search. Which was obviously wrong when you think about it....

I've owned half a dozen rx7s over the years. A turbo really brings them alive. Easy to rebuild and can make a fair amount of power for the weight, however there reputation for being unreliable and inefficient is mostly true. In single race applications they hold up well though, look up the engine in the 787b, Interesting read

Without online sources, I have an official diagram for Piper Cherokee Arrow with the same 200 hp Lycoming. The 75% is at 8.6k, 65% is at 11.8k, 55% is at 15k feet. So, it makes about 142 hp at 10k and about 180 hp in Denver in standard atmosphere.
