Say I know someone that is experiencing work “burn out”.
I recently saw an article where this is now being seen by WHO as a condition that is not classified as a medical condition but only relates to the occupational situation. Which I take to mean it is no negative regarding other areas of life, except work related.(see link below). If someone was on leave from work due to this, would the flight doctor have any qualms about a persons flight MED. Are there any guidelines regarding this?
