Is it possible to come clean about a significant omission 5-10 years ago.

I’ve read that if you have a certifiable record you have a decent shot at no discipline.

I never heard how many people get their ass nailed to the wall for their efforts to come clean.

So many details I don't know where to start.

Frequent headache, no migraine, no visual distortions. Omitted the diagnosis, appointments, and brief trial <1 week of a TCA.

Admit to it with all necessary documents/tests and hope for mercy. 50/50 I get nailed?

I’m aware of how stupid this was and that it would have probably been SI option minus. I’m an idiot I know. But here we are

Obviously Dr. Bruce will be the person to ask, and every post after this will tell you to contact him, tell him every last detail, and follow his precise directions.

My guess (and that's all it is), will be that he tells you to voluntarily surrender your medical certificate. Then begin the process from the beginning doing everything correctly. What did I win, Johnny?

the FAA rarely nails airmen to the wall. Report the issue to your AME and resolve it, if it is resolvable. Sleep better at night. Get business class seating in heaven.

One eval was 10 years ago another was 5. Exposure to 2 or 3 different antidepressants. Documents says 3 weeks or less on each. In reality it was 3-6 days per not the three weeks but that’s not what the documents say. The reason for headaches Is cervical not neurological

I have extensive nerve damage and bone degeneration in my entire spine as well as painful sinus attacks and they trigger each other into scull crushing headaches.

I've had nerve ablation (electric current destruction) several times with only two to three weeks of relief, so I'm now seeing an EENT specialist to have some roto-rooter work done to my always blocked sinuses!

I haven't been flying lately, so I'll get it resolved someday. I usually just ignore it and deal with the pain.
