I was a Soylent kickstarter backer. Tried a bunch of the powders. Got sick from eating the food bar.

I've been trying the Cafe on some mornings. They've got the flavors and texture dialed in decently well.

I just noticed that they sell it at CVS; maybe it's going mainstream now?

With ya. Imagine if truth in marketing were a real thing and "soy milk" was sold as "soy juice"? I think sales would take a hit.

I don’t think anyone thought soy milk was related to the stuff made by mammals anymore than anyone thought milk of magnesia or coconut milk were mammalian products.
