AuRACLE Engine Analyzer No Longer Supported By Ultra FEI

I recently noticed that the AuRACLE line of engine analyzers are no longer supported by the manufacturer (Ultra Flightline Systems, which bought out the original product line from Xerion). No manuals or parts lists are available on line and they indicate they are returning their certificates for the product back to the FAA.

Checking if anyone is familiar with other support options on the product?

Application of some Google-fu found this mention on American Bonanza Society. It includes a contact at Flightline Systems. Perhaps reaching out to that individual with a query of "Where can I go for help?" would net a useful response. Just remember to be polite and not snarky.

Sad. They were the first of the "glass" engine monitors. Always thought they looked nice, but never flew a plane that had one.

A friend has one in his Baron and I’ve always been impressed by it. Sorry to see it abandoned.
