These are commonly used in vapes and high-end flashlights. These ones have far outperformed any others I've ever used, including Sony's.

If you order them from the linked seller, I suggest you choose any shipping method except USPS Parcel Select. USPS moves lithium batteries only by train and truck. Delivery from Texas to Sparrow Fart took almost three weeks. It was no kind of of emergency, so I didn't really care. But if it were, I would have been pretty upset.

That being said, the seller is excellent. They shipped the batteries immediately and were very responsive when I called about the delay. Their Web site also does explain that Parcel Select shipments may take a very long time. I was just too lazy to actually read it.

And here, I thought you bought a Tesla Model S (or X). :D

Yes, those models use 18650s.

Great to know for flashlights. I don’t use any flashlights for flying at the moment that utilize 18650s. Right now I have a Preon P2 MKIII flashlight that I use for my flight bag (attached to the molle webbing on the outside of my pack). It uses AAA though - I use Eneloope’s in it. Also have a Lumentop IYP365 Titanium that utilizes AAAs.

I was looking at some larger flashlights that use 18650s so I will keep these in mind.

I struggle to find decent batteries for my vape.. I have many IMR batteries, and they struggle to last through the day

Have you seen the Mooch battery tests out there? He does some pretty thorough testing on batteries for the online vape communities. Seems like he did one on these: https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/t...-battery-but-a-great-one-equal-to-hg2.715692/

His final summary: "In my opinion, though it is confusingly labeled it is a great almost-20A high capacity continuous discharge rating (CDR) battery. It is essentially equal to the LG HG2, just running a bit hotter. I have not tested the safety improvements that Hohm Tech says have been made to this battery compared to the HG2."

His recommendations: https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/blog-entry/moochs-recommended-batteries.7593/#subs
